A truly fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived we were treated wonderfully. Fabulous room, great food and above all, amazing, kind and helpful staff. We have to give a special mention to Shakira who took great care of us and was an absolute gem. She made our stay very special. Thank you.

My room attendants Nguyen and Yamim took care of all my needs. They kept my room clean and organized. I am very pleased with how they have regularly replenished my amenity kits. They even left me with cute towel bunnies. I will definitely stay in Fairmont again.

Everything was amazing, we arrived earlier than the check-in time and the room was ready. the view was spectacular. It was a wonderful experience. A property i wouldn't mind repeating again. Wifi worked well, staff courteous and willing to assist whenever needed.

Enjoyed the stay at the Fairmont Robert at the entrance was a warm breath of fresh air made me and my coworkers comfortable. Always conversational able to answer questions on places to go very attentive loved talking with him, even helped other quests and came back to finish the answers amazing time

An excellent stay - wonderful service from check in, house keeping and concierge staff In particular, housekeeping staff (Navanee) attended to our family needs very well during our stay - fast response & attention to details Good room size and amenities with modern touches.
